Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC Slough, England, United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the day-to-day HR function and oversee the full employee lifecycle. You will provide practical guidance, support managers, and help shape a positive, high-performing workplace.

You will oversee employee relations, payroll, benefits, and HR policy development while collaborating with the Talent & Workforce team on workforce planning and recruitment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• CIPD qualification desirable.
• 4–6 years HR experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice.
• Experience using HRIS, ATS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full employee lifecycle and provide HR support across the business.
• Manage employee relations matters including investigations and hearings.
• Coordinate weekly payroll and benefits administration.
• Review and develop HR policies, procedures and structures.
• Lead onboarding, promotions and internal moves.
• Prepare HR reports and present trends to senior management.
