Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor / HR BP / HR Manager to join an award-winning company in South East Manchester. This role will be 5 days a week in the office and is paying GBP40,000. My client is a well-established and growing firm based on the Northbanks Industrial Park in Irlam on the outskirts of Manchester; because of this, you will most likely need your own transport to reach their site. To be considered for this position, you will be an experienced HR Generalist. This is a standalone HR role that requires a confident and outgoing individual. Although it is not essential, a CIPD qualification or an HR-related degree would be desirable.

As the HR Manager in a standalone position, you will be responsible for circa 70 members of staff. Your HR generalist responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment, onboarding, training, staff reviews & appraisals
  • Employee Relations, including disciplinary & grievance cases
  • Best practice advice & guidance on company policies & procedures
  • Working with supervisors, managers & directors for performance management

Working with the senior leadership team, you will create a positive & exciting workplace culture, develop their HR strategy, and help grow the business.
