Job summary

A leading HR consultancy is seeking a Senior HR Manager to shape strategy and lead HR across a regulated multi-site organization. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in managing complex recruitment campaigns, knowledge of UK employment law, and the ability to drive employee engagement and compliance. This is a pivotal role offering autonomy to set HR strategy and build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a regulated environment, ideally knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.
  • Demonstrable success in leading high-volume, complex recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to work strategically while also being hands-on when required.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with board-level reporting experience.
  • Track record of delivering HR strategies that improve retention, engagement, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the organisation externally and build partnerships with professional bodies, regulators and stakeholders.

Are you a senior HR professional looking for a role where you can shape strategy and deliver impact? We are supporting a confidential client in the search for a HR Manager to lead their HR function across a multi-site, highly regulated organisation. This role requires a strong HR leader with a proven track record of managing complex recruitment demands, compliance, and employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As Group HR Manager, you will:

  • Take overall responsibility for the HR department, providing leadership and strategic direction.
