£30k 3 days a week (£50k full-time equivalent)

Working for a London-based high-end property and estate agency business with 50 staff across 6 locations.

Your role
This is a standalone HR Manager role responsible for end-to-end HR functions, including hiring, performance management, stakeholder engagement, and organizing office socials.

  • Managing recruitment across 6 locations
  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Annual HR budget management and reporting
  • Supporting company-wide legislative changes and policy updates
  • Managing employee records on HRIS
  • Onboarding and offboarding staff

What you'll need to succeed
Supporting 5 directors with daily HR operations, including annual pay reviews, coaching managers on HR matters such as performance and development.

  • Experience in a standalone HR role for a company with over 100 employees
  • Experience working within a sales-focused environment, such as front office or sales roles
  • Ability to coach management on HR queries to upskill
  • At least 3 years in a standalone HR role within the same organization
