HR Manager - Standalone

£30k for 3 days (£50k full-time equivalent)

Working for a London-based high-end property and estate agency with 50 staff across 6 locations.

Your new role

This is a standalone HR Manager position responsible for end-to-end HR functions, including:

  1. Managing recruitment across 6 locations
  2. Employee relations and performance management
  3. Annual HR budget and reporting
  4. Supporting company-wide legislative changes and policy updates
  5. Managing employee records on HRIS
  6. Onboarding and offboarding staff
What you'll need to succeed

You will support 5 directors with their daily HR operations, including annual pay reviews and coaching managers on HR matters such as performance management and development.

  • Experience in a standalone HR role within a company with over 100 staff
  • Ideally, experience within a sales-focused environment, e.g., front office, sales teams
  • Ability to coach management on HR queries to upskill
  • Recent experience in a standalone HR role within the same organization for 3+ years
