HR Manager (with Payroll responsibility)
Permanent London, 4 days a week in office, 1 day WFH (Bank Station)
Fluent in Italian
Up to £80k depending on current experience
Your new role
Hays are working exclusively with this global business to find an Italian-speaking HR Manager to join the growing UK office with a current headcount of 12, looking for growth into new markets in EMEA and Africa. Main point of contact for all UK HR-related queries, providing guidance on Employment Law, managing UK recruitment, onboarding and all the administration that comes with this.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be operating at Senior HR Management level, ideally across EMEA and/or African countries, managing relationships with C-Suite / Directors, private equity investors and legal consultants. You'll be someone who can showcase previous examples of leading global HR Projects, which will include scale up and opening up entities in new jurisdictions.
