We're working with a manufacturing client who is looking for an experienced Interim HR Manager to support their team over the next 15 months. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the main point of contact for all HR matters, working closely with site leadership and mentoring the existing HR Officer.

The role will involve:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all employee relations issues
• Leading day-to-day HR operations and supporting the HR Officer
• Advising and supporting line managers, especially around recruitment and senior hires
• Ensuring HR policies are up to date and legally compliant
• Managing employee issues including absence, disciplinaries, grievances, etc.
• Driving employee engagement initiatives
• Liaising with the parent company on policies, events, and compliance

The ideal candidate will have:

• CIPD Level 7 (or working towards it)
• 5+ years' experience in a similar HR Manager role
• A strong grasp of UK employment law
• Confidence working autonomously and supporting senior stakeholders
• Manufacturing experience (a plus, but not essential)
