Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this values led and growing professional services firm based in Pershore to recruit an experienced HR Manager on a permanent basis. The role can either be full time or shorter days / school hours over 5 days. There will also be some weekly travel to the other sites within 20 miles, therefore it’s essential you are a driver / vehicle owner.

Reporting to and working in tandem with a developmental Partner, we are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager who is used to managing all aspects of HR and employment law as well as experience in recruitment, learning and professional development, apprenticeships, reward and engagement.

Ideally but not essential you will be CIPD qualified or have the equivalent demonstrable experience. It is essential that you are willing to take responsibility for the HR function, work independently to develop and enhance existing systems and procedures and ensure best practice is being followed. You will be proactive in your approach with the ability to work under your own steam and show a high level of initiative. You will be perceived as highly approachable for staff, seeking to promote their health, wellbeing and progression, as well as identifying areas for the management / leadership to improve the offering to the team.
