Job summary

French Resources, an international company, is looking for a French-speaking HR Manager to lead a small HR team (HR Adviser + HR Assistant) and deliver a full generalist HR service across the UK business. 35 hours/week, mainly office-based (4 days); occasional UK/European travel.

The role requires fluent French and English, CIPD qualification, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and proven TUPE/unionised environment experience.

• Manage unionised employee relations and support ACAS/tribunal matters.

PROFILE:

• Fluent French & English
• CIPD qualified, part-qualified or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Proven TUPE and unionised environment experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Passport holder and able to travel in Europe

SALARY & BENEFITS:

Up to £54,000 + bonus, meal allowance, discounted transport & pension.
