We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Human Resources Manager for a design consultancy to work alongside the senior leadership to oversee the smooth running of HR functions, across a diverse workforce and multiple divisions.
This role is vital to developing a positive, connected, and well-supported team.
Therefore we require an HR professional who thrives in a creative, busy and hands-on environment. This role requires the ability to operate autonomously and communicate effectively and confidently with stakeholders of all levels. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills are essential – as is a keen eye for compliance and employee engagement.
The successful candidate should be CIPD qualified, level 5 minimum, with significant experience managing a standalone HR function, and must have good knowledge of UK employment law. Previous experience in construction / architects would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
