In this role, you'll lead all HR aspects, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, while shaping the HR function as the company scales. HR Manager - Yorkshire

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our growing housebuilding business in Yorkshire. This is a unique opportunity to be the first in-house HR professional, with the freedom to design, build and shape the HR function as the business scales.

Initially, you will be responsible for leading on all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, policies, and people development. A key focus will be supporting the executive team and board in embedding our culture, values and high-performance standards across the business.

As we expand, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop a dedicated HR team, with a clear pathway to HR Director.
