Job summary

A high-performing secondary school in Birmingham is seeking an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of its HR function.

Previous experience working within a school is essential, with a strong understanding of education HR, safer recruitment and school employment procedures.

The Role

Managing the school's HR function

About You

You'll need strong HR knowledge, excellent organisation skills and the confidence to deal with confidential and sometimes sensitive employee matters.

CIPD Level 5 or above would be advantageous, alongside experience using HR systems and managing safer recruitment within a school environment.
