Our client is a small to medium-sized company in a niche sector of the retail industry with a growing brand. They pride themselves on offering a diverse range of highly refined products and services, and their commitment to quality, creativity, and exceptional customer service sets them apart from the competition. Due to plans for growth, a newly created position has arisen for a seasoned HR Manager to guide and lead a small team of highly creative and dynamic professionals.

Working together with the company owner, you will nurture and develop the business through the full spectrum of HR. There will be a focus on talent development, talent management, career progression, and transformation projects. This role also offers scope to review and improve existing processes, policies, systems, and benefits.

Critical to this role will be your ability to develop relationships, influence, and lead passionate people, while providing ongoing support and guidance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of Human Resources experience. Experience within a small start-up environment is essential.
