What we are looking for:

We are seeking HR Managers/Generalists who are competent in delivering all aspects of operational human resource management, and are confident in supporting Senior Leadership teams to positively impact business outcomes.

We have short-term (and permanent) opportunities available across the South Island region.

What is involved?

The role of an HR Manager/Generalist is a critical part of any business. To ensure effective and professional HR services, you will advise and assist in learning & development, recruitment, reward & remuneration, performance & people, and employment relations.

Working with various leaders and stakeholders, your daily tasks will vary. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of Human Resources
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Supporting immigration processes and ensuring compliance with INZ
  • Providing advice on company policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Supporting and advising the Senior Leadership team on HR matters
About you

To succeed, you will be a team player with:

  • Over 3 years' HR experience within New Zealand
  • Excellent knowledge of NZ Employment, Immigration, and Health & Safety legislation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
  • Adaptability and technical competency to quickly adjust to new environments
