Are you an immediately available HR Manager looking for your next role?

A leading production company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a 12m FTC to start ASAP.

This is a full-on generalist role with loads of variety and the chance to work across both staff and freelance populations. You'll be advising managers, shaping processes, running projects, and getting stuck into everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, restructures, learning & development, diversity and wellbeing.

One day you might be supporting a drama production with freelance contracts and IR35 queries, the next you'll be mentoring an HR Assistant or helping shape company-wide engagement initiatives. No two days are the same!

To thrive in this role, you'll need to be confident, calm under pressure, and someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships across the business. The team is collaborative, switched on, and full of ideas, and they're looking for someone who can bring their own energy and perspective to the mix.

Experience working in a creative or freelance-heavy industry (like TV, media, or entertainment) would be a big plus - experience with freelancers/ IR35 is a must!

You'll report into the Head of HR and be a core part of a close-knit, friendly team that works hard but has a lot of fun along the way. If you're the kind of person who likes to roll up your sleeves, solve problems, and help people do their best work, even when things get a bit chaotic - you'll fit right in.
