If you answered yes to the previous questions, then this opportunity could be for you.

William Grant & Sons are looking for an HR Manager to join our established Operational HR Team in Girvan. This is a key role in our organisation, where you will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing effective HR support across the function.

Please note that this is a 12-month FTC.

Main Responsibilities

With a focused approach to proactively supporting team leaders in the OBU (Operational Business Unit) with a varied range of HR activities.

The role will involve recruitment, progression and succession planning, L&D, and remuneration to develop a high-performing organisation. You will manage organisational, people, and management issues, providing practical advice in all HR matters, with support from Central HR as needed.

You will be proactive, organised, and detail-oriented. Due to the nature of the role, we seek candidates with strong Excel and analytical skills, as well as a range of generalist HR experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
