Job Description:

Frazer Jones is delighted to work exclusively with an organization in Gloucestershire to recruit an Interim HR Manager on a 12 Month Contract basis covering maternity leave, offering up to £45,000 – £55,000.

My client is happy to consider a flexible working patterns such as school hours or consolidated working, and they’re in a position to offer significant flexibility with travel to site require 2 days per week.

DUTIES

  • You will be hands on, having day to day responsibility for everything HR related and responsible for the full employee lifecycle, supporting on all day to day HR generalist duties.
  • You will manage an HR Assistant who has responsibility for hr administration, payroll, recruitment and onboarding.
  • Monitor and lead on workforce planning, development of employees and identify opportunities and career paths for the workforce.
  • Leading end to end recruitment, all ER cases, policy questions and queries as well as contribute and lead committees and focus groups.
  • You will partner with various stakeholders and support, coach and guide them with their teams to make sure they have full support from an HR perspective as well as develop career opportunities and discuss succession planning.
  • Being creative with your approach as answers aren’t always black or white, you will enjoy coming up with solutions and thinking outside the box.
  • You will be involved in project work, engagement initiatives and cyclical HR activities.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor with strong generalist HR knowledge, is essential for this post.
  • You are available to start in August to allow for a handover period with the permanent HR Manager.
  • You are CIPD qualified and ideally a degree or similar qualification or experience gained at this level.
  • Your communication and stakeholder management skills and relationship building skills are very strong.
  • Experience multi-tasking and managing a busy workload is essential.
