This standalone role involves supporting an established team by managing employee relations, performance management, and recruitment, blending both strategic and operational responsibilities. Experience in similar environments is preferred, and the position operates on a hybrid model.
A creative SME is looking for a people focused HR Manager to join on a 12m maternity cover, starting in mid-October.
This is a standalone role supporting a close-knit team of around 70, reporting directly into the founders. With an established HR foundation already in place, you'll be stepping into a well-loved role, but there's plenty of opportunity to make your mark as the business continues to evolve.
You'll be the go-to for all things people - from employee relations, performance management, and wellbeing, to onboarding, recruitment, and supporting payroll. It's a role that blends the strategic with the operational, so you'll need to be comfortable switching gears and wearing multiple hats.
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in creative environments and enjoys working in small but mighty teams. So experience within an SME or creative agency would be preferred.
They operate a 3/2 hybrid model, based in Central London.
