The Role

We are looking for a CIPD qualified generalist People Manager to provide maternity cover as our business continues to scale.

This individual will have the opportunity to shape how we attract and retain our high performing talent and develop our people strategies to ensure our business is future-proof across multiple sites and jurisdictions. As a values-led business, the effective running of the people function is fundamental to driving our ambitious growth plans. You will work into the Head of People and collaborate closely with the COO, CEO and FD. You will help oversee and support the People Administrator.

You will be adept at leading on a range of tasks and projects which might include:

  • Project management responsibilities for new systems or process within the people function
  • Updating and oversight of our suite of policies and advising on day-to-day implementation
  • Oversight of our HR systems, key reports, HR data and compliance - experience using HRIS and ATS
  • Recruitment of new heads from search and interviews to contracts and onboarding
  • Support our close partnership with finance on processes such as payroll, promotions and headcount planning
  • Involvement in bi-annual performance reviews from process management to coaching managers
  • Management of employee relations issues as they arise, business partnering with line managers
  • Participation in internal comms
  • Supporting new office openings and expansion into new markets, helping set us all elements of the employment mix
  • (Desirable) Knowledge of Belgian and/or US employment.
