Frazer Jones is partnering with a prestigious organisation in South Wales to help them recruit an HR Manager.
This is an on-site role offering a salary of up to £55’000 + benefits.
This is a great opportunity for an operational, proactive, and detail-oriented HR generalist to take ownership of core HR processes and procedures. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, is confident working with data and has expertise within Recruitment and Employee Relations. You will join a small HR team and will support a headcount of 450 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment – Manage the full recruitment cycle for all roles, drafting job descriptions, arranging and co-ordinating of interviews, providing feedback, making offers and onboarding of new hires.
HR Reporting – Produce regular and ad hoc reports with high level of accuracy to support strategic business decisions
Employee Relations – Handle low level ER cases such as absence management, informal grievances, and performance issues
HR Operations – Maintain up to date and accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
Process Management – Support the continuous improvement of HR process and systems.
