Our client is seeking an energetic, creative, and passionate HR professional to help evolve the HR/people strategy aligned with their aspirational vision for the future.

Compensation and Location

Salary: up to GBP45,000 (negotiable based on experience) plus benefits and a high-quality CPD package.

This is an office-based role in Bradford, within easy commute from West and North Yorkshire and Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the leadership team in HR & people management strategy and manage general administration around the employee lifecycle.
  2. Enhance employee engagement and retention, maintain a positive work culture, and support SLT to optimize team performance.
  3. Assess best practices in people management, including review and update of policies, procedures, and documents.
  4. Manage recruitment, talent management, workforce planning, induction, and onboarding.
  5. Monitor and support employee performance, development, attendance, and sickness management.
  6. Assist with setting and reviewing pay structures, perks, and benefits.
  7. Own learning and development initiatives, including training needs assessment, program implementation, and maintenance of the training matrix in line with ISO9001 standards.
  8. Collaborate with line managers to resolve conflicts, manage disputes, disciplinaries, and grievances.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant HR qualification and have industry experience across the full employee lifecycle. This role is suitable for someone looking to step up to greater responsibility or a HR manager within an SME seeking a sideways move.
