The successful candidate will support the School's strategic objectives while fostering a positive and professional working environment.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in HR, sound knowledge of employment law, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage a busy and varied workload, combined with experience of using HR systems, and a high level of organisational and administrative competency is essential. Experience within the Education Sector and knowledge of safeguarding and safer recruitment requirements would be advantageous but are not essential.
