As HR Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence while helping embed a high-performance, values-driven culture. Responsibilities HR Manager
  • Lead day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and best practice.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance, and talent issues.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
  • Oversee effective onboarding and partner on UK recruitment activities.
  • Support the implementation of engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
About You HR Manager
  • 5+ years experience in an HR Manager or senior HR advisory role.
  • Deep understanding of UK employment law and HR operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to advise at all levels.
  • Comfortable with data, systems, and delivering measurable HR outcomes.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is a plus.
