This is about more than simply HR operations. It's about improving. Recruitment, retention, leadership capabilities, employee engagement and people development, while helping build the culture and HR delivery needed to support a business in significant growth phase.

If you've worked within an Engineering, Production Manufacturing environment, enjoy being hands-on and commercially minded, and want the opportunity to drive genuine change, this could be a very exciting move for you.
