A leading care provider in Tees Valley is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support operational management across multiple sites. The role includes providing HR advice, managing change processes, and building relationships with unions. Candidates should have a CIPD level 5 qualification and at least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. This fixed-term position involves travel across the South, South East & South West.

Driving organisational performance and facilitating the company's culture and values amongst managers and employees. Working across multisite locations in your area, you will work in partnership with our area directors, home managers and employees. Reporting into the HR Business Partner.
