This is a varied and influential role covering the full employee lifecycle.The role provides an exciting opportunity to lead our HR service, working closely with senior leaders and playing an important role in developing a positive, people-focused culture across our Trust.**What we are looking for:**We are looking for someone who combines sound professional HR knowledge with a practical and people-focused approach. You will have the confidence to advise senior leaders, manage complex and sometimes sensitive employee matters, and build positive relationships across a multi-site organisation.Education HR experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
