HR Manager

Dedicate Recruitment is delighted to be supporting this independent school in West Kent seeking a dynamic HR Manager.

Leading a team of two staff, the HR Manager will be the 'go to' person, advising, guiding and supporting 130 staff across the school on all things HR.

This varied and diverse role requires in-depth knowledge of:

• Employee relations particularly related to absence management and sickness
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Compliance coupled with a good working knowledge of HR legislation
• Policies and procedures and professional development.

The successful HR Manager will be educated to GCSE level and is CIPD Level 5 qualified with a minimum of three years' management experience. You will be a confident communicator, adept in using HR systems demonstrating constant professionalism, who understands the balance of integrity and confidentiality.

Experience gained within the education or public sector is preferable.

This is a full-time, on-site role, 40 hours per week, all year through. Due to the location, a car driver is essential.
