A leading food manufacturer in Scunthorpe is seeking an HR Manager to lead the people team. Responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team on workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. As a result of retirement 2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe is looking to recruit a new HR Manager to lead the people team and support site operations.
Provide overall leadership and accountability for the People function, driving a positive, customer focused environment where colleagues feel valued and empowered to deliver best practice and continuous improvement across all HR systems.
Ensure a robust use of software, databases, and KPIs, to enhance data-driven decision-making. Ensure effective systems and processes are in place to recruit, reward, and develop colleagues to the highest achievable standard, while maintaining full compliance and effective budget control.
Collaborate the site Senior Leadership Team, to continually review workforce planning to ensure resourcing is cost-effective, fit for purpose, and supported through targeted recruitment and training.
Work in partnership with the Head of HR and HR Director, to support and lead the alignment and delivery of the People agenda across the organisation.
