We are looking for a HR Manager to join a great team dedicated to improving workplace experience for all and to implementing our Improvement Plan. The post holder will form part of the HR Advisory Team as well as being an integral part of the management team within the service they support. Reporting to the Head of HR, and with the support of the wider HR & OD Team, the role is responsible for the delivery of a high quality, customer focused and professional HR service that seeks to drive forward continuous improvement with performance against all workforce key performance indicators, and to ultimately improve the services we provide to our community. The Main Duties Of The Job Include:
