An established industry player is seeking a Temporary HR Manager to support a local College. This role offers an ASAP start and is expected to last until the end of May. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for HR inquiries, manage the recruitment and induction processes, and ensure that all HR administration is carried out correctly. This is a fantastic opportunity for HR Advisors, HR Business Partners, or HR Managers looking for short-term work. Experience in HR management and administration is essential.
Strong recruitment and selection skills are required.

Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Manage recruitment, selection, and induction processes effectively.
Ensure adherence to Trust processes and accurate HR administration.

This is a generalist HR role with the following duties:

First point of contact for all HR related enquiries
Manage an effective recruitment, selection and induction process
Ensure all Trust processes are adhered to and HR Admin carried out correctly
