A renowned institution, the University of Oxford, seeks an experienced HR Manager for a part-time role within its administration team. This key position involves overseeing HR functions, developing people strategies, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law. This is a key role within the College's administration team with responsibility for all aspects of HR, people strategy and organisational development. Applicants should be CIPD qualified and have proven experience in an HR management role with sound knowledge and experience of the application of UK employment law and regulation, as well as general HR practices.
