A community health organization in Orpington seeks an experienced HR Manager. This permanent, full-time role involves delivering HR strategy, leading projects, and providing high-level HR guidance. Candidates must have CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, along with significant NHS experience. The position offers a salary range of £53,751 to £60,651 and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Hybrid working is available, with a requirement to attend the HR office and various BHC estates as required.
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to deliver our HR Strategy, lead on strategic projects such as organisation change management, provide high quality HR advice and guidance to line managers and staff, undertake coaching and training of line managers, and carry out in-depth reporting and analysis of people data. The successful candidate will have CIPD registration and either a CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience and study, with significant NHS HR and employee relations experience and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
Interviews are expected to be held in the week commencing 22 September.
You will provide day-to-day support to the HR Business Partner and work closely with the Employee Relations team to manage a complex employee relations workload and ensure timely resolution. You will also act as the line manager for an HR Assistant and an HR Advisor. Please refer to the attached job description for full details of responsibilities.
