Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact in a growing business? We’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager to shape, lead, and deliver our people strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working closely with senior management to support business growth.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the HR function, developing and implementing policies and best practices.
  • Drive performance through employee appraisals and reviews.
  • Design and deliver career development pathways to support growth and retention.
  • Partner with the senior management team to align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Take ownership of recruitment and onboarding, ensuring new hires are set up for success.
  • Provide advice and support on employee relations, performance, absence, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience building and developing HR in growing businesses.
  • Background in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Track record of implementing performance appraisal frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) preferred.
