HR Manager

Shape culture, drive performance, empower people. We are recruiting a People & Culture Leader to drive and elevate our people strategy across the business. This is a pivotal leadership role, working across both AI Services and Eurogene as one team with a shared purpose and a clear commitment to putting people first.

This is not just an admin role. It's about aligning our people with our purpose, supporting our ambitious growth, and ensuring every employee, from yard to boardroom, feels valued, heard, and set up for success.

Must have
  • 5+ years in a generalist HR leadership role
  • Proven experience in a private/commercial setting (150+ employees)
  • Deep knowledge of NI and ROI employment legislation
  • Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
  • CIPD membership
