HR Manager

BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join their client in Newcastle on a permanent basis.

This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Manager who is looking for a new challenge. This is a permanent opportunity and is fully site based in Newcastle.

Salary: £40,000

Your Responsibilities include:

1. Lead on all HR matters across the organisation ensuring compliance with employment law.
2. Recruitment & onboarding.
3. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
4. Manage grievance, disciplinary and performance management issues.
5. Coordinate training opportunities across the organisation.

You will need:

1. Strong employment law knowledge.
2. Previous experience of working in a generalist HR position.
3. Previous experience of providing advice and guidance to senior managers.
