We require an enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated HR Manager to start September 2025. The successful candidate will manage, support, and work with team members supporting HR. You will collaborate with the Principal and the School Business Manager to recruit staff, support their employment journey, and ensure compliance with Trust policies and employment law.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable, and able to build excellent working relationships with staff. You should be highly professional, well-organised, and capable of balancing workload to meet deadlines. Good organisational, ICT, and administrative skills are essential.
You will provide professional advice and administrative services related to Human Resource management and procedures, supporting whole school staffing. You will assist line managers to ensure consistent application of policies and practices, and support strategic projects as designated by the School Business Manager and Principal. Awareness of relevant regulations, Education Acts, and statutory instruments is required.
