Role Details:

• Full-time, hybrid position near Milton Keynes
• Salary up to 55k
• Initial 4-month temporary contract with potential for permanent employment

Responsibilities include:

• Being the first point of contact for employee advice and queries
• Managing onboarding, recruiting, training, and development processes
• Advising on employment law and company policies
• Ensuring health and safety compliance
• Performance management, employee file management, attendance tracking

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in HR Manager, HRBP, or senior HR roles
• Preferably CIPD Level 7 qualified
• Confident, well-organized, with strong IT skills
• Strategic and flexible outlook
