GXO Logistics in Manchester is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the site HR function and drive people strategies across the team.
You will advise on ER cases, support managers with HR processes, oversee payroll on site, and ensure compliance with GXO policies and statutory requirements while managing HR KPI performance.
The role requires CIPD Level 5 qualification, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic logistics environment.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join our Mars Snacking team in Manchester and providing support to 2 further sites.
As a HR Lead you will be responsible for advising on ER cases, ensuring all policies & procedures are adhered to, coaching and supporting Managers in all aspects of people management, together with overseeing payroll processes on site, alongside ensuring the HR data is managed and processed in line with GXO and statutory requirements. The role is also responsible for the on-site management of the HR KPI's.
This is a full time, permanent, predominately working Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00, however, we do ask for flexibility, this is logistics after all!
We're looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
