Job description

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Manchester

Salary: £45k - £50k

This is a fixed-term contract (FTC) covering maternity leave, lasting between 9-12 months. The role offers hybrid working and is located in North Manchester.

Our client is seeking a HR Generalist to manage operational day-to-day duties and oversee a team of 2 Advisors. This is a fast-paced and busy role reporting to the CEO/CFO.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Employee relations and complex case work
  2. Coaching & advising managers up to C-suite level
  3. Managing succession planning
  4. Company-wide training and development
  5. Talent management and retention
  6. Recruitment & engagement
  7. Managing wellbeing and culture
  8. Supporting the wider business with ad hoc duties
