Job summary

Jobtailor in Maidenhead, United Kingdom, seeks an experienced Lead HR professional to drive service delivery across the UK and Ireland, partnering with Global Business Services and Centres of Excellence.

You will advise managers and employees on compliant HR solutions, manage employee relations and visa processes, and lead workforce planning, HR reporting, and governance across sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field.
  • Experience in an HR Advisor/Manager role supporting multiple locations and/or functions.
  • Strong generalist HR knowledge and employment-law awareness.
  • Experience supporting grievances, performance improvement plans, redundancies, and disciplinaries.
  • Ability to document processes clearly and create practical guidance.
  • Experience applying governance and process-improvement principles.
  • Experience managing employee relations matters and advising leaders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical capability for translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR service delivery across the UK and Ireland.
  • Advise managers and employees on compliant HR solutions.
  • Manage visa and right-to-work processes, including renewals.
  • Generate People Survey reports and facilitate actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible HR information.
  • Coach managers on policies, performance management and team effectiveness.
  • Review and improve HR operational processes.
  • Manage employee relations cases and advise on employment-law matters.
  • Support organisational change and workforce planning.
  • Coordinate annual benefits renewals and implementation.
  • Partner with Employee Resource Groups to promote inclusion and engagement.

  • Experience supporting grievances, performance improvement plans, redundancies, and disciplinaries
  • Ability to document processes clearly and create practical guidance
