A West London property company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This exciting new role will involve the following duties for a current team of 50 staff:
HR operations
Implementing HR policies and procedures
Implementing coaching and development
Employee relations
Performance Management
HRIS selection and implementation project
Staff recruitment
HR Projects
To be considered suitable, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
SME background
Strong hands-on experience across HR operations
Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice
Strong experience of managing senior stakeholders
Experience of implementing training and development
