HR Manager permanent - Real Estate - London Hybrid
Global real estate business.
As HR Manager for the London office, you will report directly to the Associate HR Director and collaborate with the SLT to ensure that the HR function complements business objectives. You will oversee all elements of the employee lifecycle for a professional, UK-based population of approximately 2000 employees. Your primary focus will be managing ER cases, coaching managers to promote early intervention in performance management and capability cases, and ensuring effective HR management. You will work in a commercial, professional environment and interact directly with key stakeholders.
CIPD Qualified or equivalent. The successful HR Manager will have a proven track record of delivering in an HR leadership capacity within a professional, commercial environment. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships, Organizational Development, performance management, and developing company culture is essential. Candidates should also have extensive experience in managing high-volume, high-complexity ER cases.
Remuneration includes a competitive base salary, car allowance, and bonus.
