What You’ll Do

As HR Manager – Europe, you’ll partner closely with business leaders and line managers to execute our HR strategy and drive key people initiatives across the region to the HR Director based in Israel. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things HR—from onboarding to offboarding, performance management to perks. Your goal: to help us build a high performing, engaged, and inclusive workforce. No two days will be the same.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • HR Operations: Lead the day-to-day HR operations across Europe, ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, probation, performance reviews, and development initiatives.
  • HR Systems & Data: Own our HRIS (Workday) from a regional perspective—ensuring data accuracy, system compliance, and reporting integrity.
  • Employee Relations: Advise and support managers and employees on workplace issues, performance matters, and conflict resolution—promoting a fair, respectful, and productive environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate with the global Total Rewards team to run compensation and benefits across the region, ensuring processes are run effectively and transparently.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with local employment laws in the UK, Spain, and Germany. Keep policies and procedures up to date and legally sound.
  • Project Management: Lead or contribute to regional and global HR initiatives and process improvements, driving timely and successful outcomes.
  • Change Management & Communication: Support leaders through organisational changes, ensuring clear and timely communication of policies, strategies, and key updates to all levels of the business.
  • Workplace & Employee Experience: Act as a culture champion. Partner with our Culture Club and office teams to manage local office operations and drive engagement through meaningful experiences, events, and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Solid working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Familiarity with Spanish and/or German employment law is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to operate with agility, empathy, and sound judgement
  • Passion for AI, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (Workday experience is a plus)
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent degree in HR or a related field (advantageous)
