Overview

HR Manager — Leicester, salary £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Contract: Full Time, Permanent. We are working with a busy and well-established manufacturing business in Leicester that is seeking a proactive HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled individual who is confident managing all aspects of HR and people management, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of HR including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and development
  • Oversee HR administration processes ensuring compliance and accuracy across all documentation and systems
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on policies, procedures, and employment legislation
  • Lead on employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Review and update HR policies to reflect current legislation and best practice
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support workforce planning and organisational development
About You
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive experience as a HR Manager, ideally within a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR processes, and UK employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
