Job summary

Watches of Switzerland is seeking an HR Manager to join our People Team in Leicester. You will support managers and leaders in making decisions and taking action which strengthen employee engagement, organisational culture and inclusion and drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting managers with Employee Relations cases: disciplinary, grievance, absence, flexible working, occupational health referrals
• Conduct and capability processes up to final written warning
• Data-driven with ability to identify trends and propose actions
• Proficient with MS Office including AI tools and Co-Pilot

Responsibilities

• Support managers and leaders in employee relations decisions to strengthen engagement and performance
• Develop data-rich reports and insights for leadership action
• Facilitate discussions with managers to build capability in using HR tools
• Contribute to shaping culture and colleague experience across the business

Job description

We are looking for HR Manager to join our People Team. You will support mangers and leaders in making decisions and taking action which strengthen employee engagement, organisational culture and inclusion and drive business performance.

• Previous experience of working within a HR Function supporting managers with Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, flexible working and occupational health referrals
• Experience of conduct and capability processes up to and including final written warning
• Previous experience of working with data to identify trends and propose actionable recommendations
• Comfortable using MS office tools including Co-Pilot and AI agents in the workplace
• Able to build presentations and reports to share data and insights with impact which generates action
• Confident in facilitating discussions with small groups of managers to help build capability in adopting and using tools
• Passion for understanding culture, capability and engagement and providing excellent client service to support managers in shaping the colleague experience.
