Jackson Hogg are delighted to support a business based in Ingleby Barwick with the appointment of stand alone HR Manager on a permanent basis. You will be supporting the wider business with their HR needs and implementing updated policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with internal colleagues and stakeholders to provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance
  • Acting as first port of call for any HR related queries
  • Updating company HR policies and procedures
  • Keeping HR systems and processes up to date
  • Employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, training and development
  • Monitoring sickness, absence, performance management and employee engagement
  • General HR administration and compliance
