This role involves providing HR business partnering support across several schools and advising senior leaders on HR management issues. The ideal candidate will have significant HR experience, be CIPD Level 5 qualified, and possess strong communication skills. Salary: A GBP 41,511 - 45,718 per annum

Hours of work: 37 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year

They have an exciting opportunity to join their friendly and supportive team as a HR Manager. Leading a Senior HR Advisor and HR Officer, you will provide HR business partnering support within a geographical hub of schools in Cambridgeshire. Using your HR expertise, you will advise senior leaders on HR management issues, ensuring compliance with policies, employment law, and HR best practices. You will manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary, capability, and grievance cases, as well as organisational change projects such as TUPE. Your support includes professional dotted-line management of the school HR Officers.
This role requires travel between multiple sites, so a current driving licence and access to transport are necessary.
