Job Description

The interim HR Manager role is responsible for:

  • Managing and overseeing the HR department's daily operations as a stand alone HR Manager.
  • Implementing and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing recruitment and selection processes.
  • Handling employee relations and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Providing guidance and advice to management on HR matters.
  • Coordinating employee training and development initiatives.
  • Monitoring and managing performance appraisal systems.

The Successful Applicant

The successful HR Manager should have/be:

  • Proven HR experience in a similar role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
