Salary - £40,000 to £60,000 - Depending on Experience

Job Overview

To oversee all HR functions across multiple companies, ensuring alignment with company strategy and compliance with regulations, while also fostering employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives
  • Identify and address HR challenges and opportunities

Talent Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Manage employee performance, providing feedback and coaching
  • Develop and implement training and development programs
  • Manage employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts

Compliance & Legal:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  • Provide guidance to managers on policies and procedures

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Foster employee engagement and motivation
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support
  • Collaborate with other departments and senior management

  • Ensure that compensation and benefits are competitive and aligned with industry standards
