Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with our business goals, managing recruitment processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HRIS and ATS systems, and the ability to analyse data effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources management.
  • Maintain and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to streamline HR functions.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions and presentations to enhance employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations while promoting a fair workplace environment.
  • Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues effectively.
Experience
  • Proven experience in a Human Resources management role with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability in data analysis skills to support strategic decision-making.
